1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over A$75 ship free within Australia.
• Payment is processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card details.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before sending the order and you can choose to continue at the correct price or receive a full refund.

3. Your order

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we email you an order confirmation, which is also your tax invoice. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we will tell you and refund you in full for that item.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within Australia only, using Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates. Full details are in our Shipping & returns policy.

5. Returns and refunds

6. Using incense safely

• Never leave burning incense unattended. Burn it on a heat-resistant holder in a well-ventilated room.
• Keep it away from curtains, paper and anything flammable, and out of reach of children and pets.
• Stop using it if you feel unwell. If you have asthma or another breathing condition, ask your doctor before using incense.

Our products are fragrance products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

7. Your account

Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

9. Privacy

10. General
